Following the 10.00 am Eucharist today Marguerite will hold a mini-market in the Vestry Hall in aid of Mothers’ Union charities and our Community Project.

Illustrated Astronomy Talk: The Solar System – Maurice Kent’s first of four talks will  take place on Thursday 18 March, 2.00 pm in the Vestry Hall.  Tickets are £3.00 per talk or buy all four for just £10.00. 

Volunteers are requested for a Job Squad (mainly in the churchyard) and Big Clean of the church from 9.30 am on Saturday 20th March in readiness for Easter.  For further details please contact Roger Cass or Marie Barton.

Concert: The Rushmoor Choir performs music by Pergolesi, Mozart, Handel and Schubert on Saturday 20th March, 7.30 pm at St Christopher’s Cove.  Tickets at £10 (concessions £8) are available from the Parish Office.

Members of the Flower Guild are invited to a meeting to discuss Easter flowers on Wednesday 24th March, 8.15 pm in the Vestry Hall.

Palm Sunday is on 28th March.  If any Christ Church singers are interested in joining a choir to lead a Service of Music and Readings for Holy Week in St Philip & James Church on that date, please advise Carolyn in the Parish Office this week.  Music and rehearsal details will be provided for those who commit to attend.

Our 2010 APCM takes place on Sunday 18th April. A few 2009 reports are still outstanding.  Please send them to Carolyn within the next few days. Thank you.
